Jen has been a Vipassana meditation practitioner since 2004 and has completed 300 hours of training under the guidance of Lodro Rinzler at MNDFL Meditation.
Jen's first students were elementary school students who lived in affordable housing in South Austin. In 2009, she created their first yoga and mindfulness program. Currently, Jen is the head teacher at MNDFL Ed a non-profit organization that brings mindful meditation to students and teachers all over the city.
Together with Jessica Angima, she co-founded and co-facilitates the monthly People of Color sit at MNDFL Greenwich Village the second Thursday of the month from 7:15-8:15 PM.
